r What You"ll Do.
Own the annual operating plan and support to external guidance.
Support Group CFO through corporate guidelines and processes and facilitate their roll-out across the organization.
Prepare top quality presentations for Executive Committee and Board of Directors with qualitative insights on business performance.
Launch and lead profitability analysis under different dimensions as well as other strategic projects Coordinate monthly variance analysis in close collaboration with the network of FP&A business partners across regions and functions.
Monitor forecast accuracy on revenue and operating expenses.
Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools and BISupport the Director of Investor Relations in preparing quarterly earnings release Who You Are.
7-10 years of professional experience with significant exposure to FP&A matters in a listed environment.
Consulting/external audit experience would be a plus but is not a must have.
Demonstrates leadership and strong business acumen Strong integrity, organizational and analytical skills Overachiever, used to coping with challenging projects, adapting to changing environment, under high pressure, short timings and in full autonomy Team player, international experience with proven ability to work with people from different cultures Fluent in English, French/Spanish is a plus We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
