Services Business at Schneider Electric is a 3 B€+ business with strong growth ambitions.To enable this acceleration, Services Business is performing a Global transformation of its operating model, processes and digital capabilities.In this context, the Principal, E2E Business Analyst plays a key role to transpose business requirements into evolutions into the Digital Platforms with a focus on the Pricing & Quotation (Pricefx, CPQ for Services – CPQ4S). What will you do? Within the Services Digital Team, in relationships with the Business and platform teams, you are gathering and evaluating the business requirements for the Pricefx and Oracle CPQ Cloud platforms.Your project is part of the large scale Services Front Office growth and business transformation. Your responsibilities are to:Analyze the requirements, identify the gaps and propose the enhancement of the solutionLead cross functional process discussions and deep dives, negotiate appropriate target process, and document “as is” as well as “to be” processesCollaborate and challenge the external IT partners and internal development teams in multiple countriesEvaluate information gathered, making the complex simple, and deliver an answer that drives to best practice and solution scalabilityPromote the reference model to minimize the evolutionOwn and lead some topics (RPA, document management, UI/UX, mobile..) What qualifications will make you successful for this role? University or Engineering degree, preferably in a technical discipline with business managementProven successful experience with business requirements in complex international environmentsKnowledge of front office products such as Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ Cloud BigMachines or equivalent, Pricefx or equivalent, ERP platforms (mainly SAP and/or Oracle)Minimum 5 years experience in the IT field Skills:Comfortable in challenging environmentsAbility to act as owner and ensure the right level of collaborationExperience into business analysis (converting business requirements into specifications)Strong analytical skills and demonstrated business judgmentStrong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of the organizationExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsFluent English What will you get?
