About the role.
As a Senior Front-End Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining modern, high-converting user interfaces for our websites and internal tools.
You’ll ensure cross-browser and device compatibility, contribute to ongoing performance optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Design, QA, and Operations.
You’ll also participate in code reviews and help establish best practices across frontend development.
Responsibilities Design and develop engaging, responsive UI/UX using modern marketing and UX principles Program frontend interfaces in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices Collaborate in the design and development of the frontend layer for proprietary tools Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and bugs Optimize frontend performance, speed, and scalability Perform regular cross-browser and mobile testing to ensure rendering consistency Write reusable and maintainable code using established methodologies (BEM, OOCSS, SMACSS) Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic data Maintain up-to-date documentation of frontend components and changes Requirements 5+ years of experience in frontend development Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Git Able to write JavaScript from scratch without relying on frameworks Proficient in CSS architecture methodologies such as BEM, OOCSS, or SMACSS Solid experience with SASS (SCSS) Familiarity with browser testing and debugging tools Experience with package managers like Yarn or NPM Knowledge of SEO best practices from a frontend perspective Strong communication skills in Spanish (fluent) and English (intermediate) Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, analytical, and self-motivated attitude Personal skills Experience with template engines such as Twig (or similar) Understanding of RESTful APIs and async JavaScript operations Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience with frontend performance testing and optimization Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.
