Suntory Global Spirits is a place where you can come Unleash your Spirit by making an impact each and every day.Senior Financial Analyst (Maternity Leave)This role is open in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalucía, Spain.Fixed Term Contract 6 months due to maternity leave.What makes this a great opportunity?This is an opportunity to join the International Supply Chain Finance during a maternity leave.The role enables an understanding of the controlling environment and ensures the maintenance of a controlling mindset across the region.Role ResponsibilitiesEnsure Company Policies, SOX controls and Accounting Principles (IFRS) are met.Cooperation and coordination with internal audit to support timely and efficient completion of deliveries/requests.Responsible to ensure all business policies/ procedures are appropriate and timely updated and fully compliant with all internal/external policies and requirements.Implement standard processes and requirements in the entities under the International Supply Chain Controlling Cluster.Colaborate with a strong business partner and continuous improvement mentality always providing solutions & alternatives to the business with high level of engagement.Highlight any process/ control gaps during the course of normal operations and develop measures to mitigate weaknesses.Ad hoc roles deem relevant and appropriate for the role as assigned by direct managerSupport on-going projects as required.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Finance Accounting, or Business AdministrationExperience in audit and internal controlAbility to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for key insights with attention to detail.Develop and maintain key working relationships within the organization.Systems/software – SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel (essential)Fluent in EnglishAt Suntory Global Spirits, people are our number one priority, and we believe our people grow together in diverse and inclusive environments where their unique insights, experiences and backgrounds are valued and respected.
