Preparing and editing correspondence and reports.
Liaising with internal departments and external clients.
Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports.
Handling confidential information with discretion.
Assisting in project management and contributing to team effort.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? A successful 'Senior Executive Assistant' should have.
A proven track record in a similar secretarial or business support role within the financial services industry.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A high degree of professionalism and commitment to role.
Proficiency English Level.
