We're looking for talented colleagues eager to develop their potential in a company where you can truly impact processes and see the results of your work.Are you ready to lead independent engineering projects?We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Engineer to design cutting-edge photovoltaic systems, manage external design suppliers and provide support to team members. This team member will be based in Madrid, actively participating in the operations of our newly formed Engineering HUB in the city.Key Responsibilities:Take charge of engineering projects from start to finish.Develop and configure PV power plant designs.Create technical and drawing documentation, including line diagrams and one-pole schemes.Effectively manage external design suppliers and coordinate with internal partners.Provide support to colleagues during the construction phase.Ensure accurate reporting and proper document filing.Execute additional tasks as instructed by manager.Our Requirements:Proven ability to lead engineering projects.Demonstrated skills in completing detailed documentation, showcasing your experience in electro documentation creation.Knowledge of design documentation norms.Competence in managing and controlling individual engineering suppliers, along with effective communication of tasks.Proficiency in English as the primary working language.Pro-active approach; self-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Benefits:Multicultural environment (20 nationalities in our HQ in Prague) company in a sector of renewable energy – perspective, meaningful, and growing industry.Interesting projects.Opportunity to grow.Fixed salary and annual bonus.Flexible work arrangements.Join us if you're ready to take on exciting challenges and contribute to the future of sustainable energy! 🌍 Apply now!
