We are expanding our team in Düsseldorf and seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager (m/f/d) to oversee and enhance our commercial contract management processes.
Your contribution.
Legal Consultation.
You provide legal support during the negotiation of client lease contracts Commercial Contract Oversight.
You manage commercial contract processes and serve as the primary point of contact for client contract inquiries Contract Drafting.
You create and execute customer contracts and related documents at the local level Clause Interpretation.
You offer guidance on contract clause interpretation to local teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholder directives Risk Assessment.
You support internal evaluations of contractual risks and assist in resolving issues related to contractual rights and obligations   What makes you stand out.
Educational Background.
You have a degree in law or business law; a second state examination is advantageous Professional Experience.
You posses a minimum experience of five years in contract management or corporate legal departments; lateral entrants with relevant experience are welcome Negotiation Skills.
You have proven experience in conducting complex commercial negotiations and managing contract-related risks Work Ethic.
You eploy a structured and results-oriented approach to ensure compliance with operational and legal requirements Language Proficiency.
You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English (C1 level) What we offer.
