Tasks
Lead negotiations with contractors and subcontractors based on the requirements of each project
Coordinate all relevant parties involved in the project: strategic definition, preparation and brief, concept design, developed design, technical design, and procurement
Stay on top of cost and time management, ensuring that all project records are consistently updated
Proactively anticipate and address any potential issues to minimize their impact on schedule, budget, and overall quality
Understand the complexities of the supply chain and effectively manage procurement aspects of the construction process
Ensure successful handover and closeout
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Construction Project Management
Experience in the Restaurant industry
Proficient in building codes, construction sequencing, and best building practices
Experience in cost estimating, cost control and analysis to ensure the projects stay within budgetary constraints
Proficiency in project management, including data evaluation, scoping projects, risk assessment, task delegation, and preparing presentations
Effective communication abilities for coordinating diverse stakeholders
Availability to travel
