Reflex Leads is a paid media Leads-as-a-Service solution that combines high-quality lead generation with proprietary technology to automate and scale digital customer acquisition.As part of its expansion and high growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior Business Developer to develop our international presence in Spain and help us launch the Portuguese market. You will be responsible for accelerating growth by identifying and converting premium account opportunities to meet sales objectives. You will be tasked with implementing relevant new opportunities, in line with the wider group strategy and in cooperation with your sales manager, ad ops, and top management.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a premium target clients list, and using the full range of sales techniques to open doors and present our sales offer credentials to key decision makers.Identifying new markets and business opportunities, as well as developing a plan to target these markets.Acquiring new premium accounts in line with our commercial offers.Ensuring each of our marketing channels is fully utilized, diarized, and performing on a monthly basis.Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements.Developing and negotiating contracts with business operations.Absorbing new marketing solutions suggestions from the team and looking at innovative ways to execute them.Being aware of company sales targets and ensuring these are met on a monthly basis.Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and the latest industry innovations.Taking ownership and proposing solutions.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in Lead Generation or Performance marketing.Proven experience in business development or commercial partnerships, preferably acquired in the digital advertising industry.Having existing contacts in the Lead Generation, Construction, or Home Improvement industries is highly advantageousMoney-hungry professional with an outright desire to progress.Be highly curious about digital marketing, online advertising and industry developments.Skills in acquiring, managing, and accurately reporting sales activities.Native Spanish with strong oral and written communication with excellent presentation skills as well in Portuguese– you should be able to put sophisticated technical or strategic ideas into layman’s terms. Fluent English is also required.Dynamic, energetic, ambitious, positive, and enthusiastic.A team player, with the ability to build relationships based on trust and understanding.Highly organized, methodical, and able to adopt a proactive approach.
