Day to day you will.
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans Prepare and submit customer lending proposals Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
Youll need.
Role holder is likely to be a highly experienced retail/business banker with a business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification (generally CA PY ACCA MBA CIB) Likely to have experience within business banking and/or credit assessment of around 4-8 years.
Several years of experience will have been in relation to the specific segment of operation with a comprehensive understanding of business/ commercial practices BFS products and services with significant emphasis on sales lending credit assessment and control experience A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
