In this role, you will manage our data and business intelligence environments, overseeing the integration and aggregation related to our raw materials and farmers globally.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable IT needs, while managing a developer team of developers across multiple projects and locations in various commodities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of databases, and proven project management experience.
What you’ll do.
As a senior business analyst, you will.
Data Management.
Oversee the integration and management of data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Requirements Gathering.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable IT requirements.
Project Oversight.
Manage multiple projects related to data aggregation and analysis for different commodities.
Team Leadership.
Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Stakeholder Communication.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.

5 years of previous experience as a IT Business Analyst.
Proven experience in IT and business/industry, including experience in IS/IT Operations and increasing leadership responsibilities.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, especially in the context of commodities and raw materials.
Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Experience in effective communication at different level in the organization and in English.
Bonus Points If You....
