We are looking for a  Senior Business Analyst – Market Share Reporting Lead  to be part of our  IT Analytics, Data and Integration  team.

Fluent Business English   The role  As part of ASL (Analytics Services Lines) you will collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver products in the space of Commercial Analytics and Marketing Science.
This role as Senior Business Analyst – Zone Market Share Reporting Lead will focus on our partnership with Purina Europe to deliver zone level market share reporting and analytical insights.
What you’ll do  As Senior Business Analyst – Zone Market Share Reporting Lead you will work alongside the Purina team to ensure data quality and consistency of market share reports consolidated and harmonized across 25 countries and deliver ad hoc analysis and insights based on real business needs.
You will work closely with the ASL team responsible for the analytical solution, with vendor partners, and with the Purina teams who will consume the data Your responsibilities will include.
Managing the Reporting routine.
become the voice of the Market share story.
Driving alignment on standards and guidelines for Data harmonization and consolidation among markets and zone teams.
Working with the Business Analyst to deliver ad-hoc requests and helping prioritize requests from markets & brand teams.
Driving coordination between Business Teams & ASL team on planned new developments / enhancements.
Leading new Reporting needs in collaboration with the business team to be designed & developed with the rest of the ASL Technical team.

Minimum qualifications.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Statistics or related discipline.
3+ years of experience working in Data Analytics, 5+ years of experience in CPG and Business/Industry.
Extensive experience working with Syndicated Data such as NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI, GfK or Kantar in Business Intelligence projects Experience working with (or directly in) market and consumer insights, commercial development, marketing or trade marketing, and in leveraging market share data to drive business actions Demonstrated experienced in Stakeholder Management as well as in Conflict resolution in a Cross-functional environment.
Bonus Points if you.
Have experience in managing change/transitions and change impacts, operating in a matrix organization and applying influencing skills.
Have proven experience with PowerBI and SQL Server.
Experience on Project Management, building and communicating Roadmaps.
