SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

You will help fundcraft’s commercial team to understand industry opportunities, you will be involved in refining our product positioning, and be involved in strategic projects that will enable fundcraft to deliver the best digital fund operations in the industry.
This role requires a blend of business development, product knowledge, client relationship management and strategic thinking to optimize fundcraft’s product and client engagement.
his position is based in Girona, Spain and reports directly to the Head of Client Solutions (L4).
ey Responsibilities.
Strategically manage and continuously enhance demo environments to deliver compelling product experiences that accelerate the sales cycle and strengthen product-market fit perception.
Design and evolve demo narratives and scripts that align with strategic client segments and use cases, ensuring consistency with market positioning and sales messaging.
Govern demo access protocols for prospects, balancing frictionless user experience with security, data integrity, and actionable engagement insights.
Lead product scoping sessions with prospects to validate alignment with the Ideal Client Profile (ICP), proactively identifying product gaps, integration points, or customisation needs to inform roadmap prioritisation.
Own and continuously refine the Product Offering (PO) documentation, identify potential new product offerings, ensuring our PO a living reference that aligns commercial positioning with actual product capabilities and client needs.
You will explore market trends in the fund industry and translate this into new product initiatives.
Establish and govern client segmentation frameworks, analysing the current client pool, providing recommendations and implementing conclusions to improve scalability, predictability, and client satisfaction.
Build and leverage high-value relationships with prospects, strategic stakeholders, and potential partners, contributing to pipeline growth, market intelligence, and long-term business development opportunities.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities by closely monitoring client needs, market trends, and emerging challenges where our product can deliver value.
Proactively follow up and craft tailored proposals to engage stakeholders in new business models or ways of working that leverage the full potential of our platform.
