What about the role? The Senior Azure Cloud Engineer specializing in Microsoft Azure will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure-based solutions to meet client's business needs.
In this role, you will oversee the deployment, management, and integration of services such as Active Directory, Office365, ADB2C, Azure Pipeline, containerization, and other Azure services.
You will also ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our Azure cloud environments in multiple locations.
Your mission.
Design and architect Azure-based solutions, aligning with business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, analyzing and documenting technical requirements.
Manage Azure services including Active Directory and Azure ADB2C for customer identity and access management including design and management of customer claims, policies and other services.
Implement and manage Azure Pipelines and containerization services for CI/CD processes.
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform, with automation for resource provisioning.
Optimize and monitor/a the performance of Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking components, and other PaaS services, and ensure compliance with security best practices and regulations.
Execute seamless deployment and migration of applications and on-premises workloads to Azure.
Set up monitoring and logging solutions for proactive issue identification and resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Azure architectures, configurations and procedures, keeping it up-to-date.
Stay updated with Azure updates, features, and best practices, identifying optimization opportunities for cost-saving measures.
Requisitos What they expect from you.
This position requires a deep understanding of Azure services, infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, security, and best practices for cloud architecture.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
Azure certifications such as AZ-300, AZ-301, and/or AZ-303.
Strong understanding of Azure services, networking, security, and identity management.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus points Familiarity with enterprise-level security standards.
Medical Insurance domain knowledge.
Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with multicultural teams across different time zones.
Prior work experience configuring and managing ADB2C.
Prior work experience with cloud migrations.
