Our teams are rich in their differences, their backgrounds, and their skills.For a very exciting new project, we are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in the aeronautical sector. The ideal candidate will manage the following responsibilities:Develop working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders.Facilitate project tracking and measurement with the team's assistance.Remove obstacles and support the team in their tasks.Lead and motivate the agile adoption team.Foster a focus on continuous improvement.Facilitate iteration events as required. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in the role of Scrum Master, with preferred management experience in multiple projects simultaneously and with the Kanban methodology.Proficiency in utilizing information radiators such as Burn down & Burn up Charts, Agile board, Velocity Chart, etc.Strong understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimation techniques.Possession of Agile/SCRUM certification is required (desirable), along with in-depth knowledge of JIRA/SNOW and their settings.English C1 Benefits:Competitive salaryPermanent contract, within a stable and international projectHybrid work and flexible hours in Madrid Social benefits And an excellent work environment!
