He/she represents the company holistically to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders involved in the patient management process in alignment with the strategic direction and guidelines set by the Product Team/Company.
He/she will be responsible for maximizing the commercial success of the Brand in their territory by sharing scientific knowledge, understanding the patient journey in key accounts and identifying and anticipating patient needs and market opportunities.
He/she will jointly develop comprehensive solutions with key stakeholders and customers that will support long-term collaborative partnerships that benefit the greatest number of patients, in an agile manner.
To do so, the candidate integrates medical-scientific and patient-oriented knowledge and aligns it with the company's business and company strategy.
Your tasks & responsabilities Provide scientific knowledge, medical education and specific information to emphasize the value of the product to healthcare professionals, by adjusting the communication depth according to the customer’s needs.
Co-create valuable solutions with the different stakeholders of the healthcare ATTR - _ CM ecosystem at key account and territory level, build relationships and engage with Regional Societies involved in ATTR-CM.
Organize and deliver clinical sessions in hospitals and develop a TL engagement plan.
Maintain an active role in scientific and promotional symposia and meetings, including the briefing of speakers at scientific events.
Maintain regular contact with the investigators of key studies, in coordination with Medical Affairs.
Work together with the Regional Access Managers in the area and with the various access stakeholders to ensure and guarantee full and rapid access for patients.
He/she is part of specific cross-functional working groups to deliver on defined outcomes by the Product Team.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within his/her area of scope.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, sharing collected insights with the team and inform strategy and contribute to it.
Prepare and manage the territory and account plans, forecasts, and budgets, while effectively managing medical and promotional materials and financial resources assigned.
To be Bayer's point person for the medical community and other stakeholders involved in the ATTR-CM (transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis) value chain.
Take care of the company's reputation, ensuring honesty, ethics and compliance (applying the principles and regulations).
Who you are Superior/Advanced degree in the field of health sciences.
MBA or equivalent higher education would be an asset.
+5 years of experience in medical and/or commercial and/or market access roles.
Solid experience in field positions in Spain.
Experience in positions in the medical or commercial area and/or market access in which you have dealt with key agents of the pathology of reference.
Understand clinical practice.
Experience in managing external organizations and/or scientific societies and TLs.
Possessing comprehensive knowledge of pathology at a scientific level would be an asset.
Be familiar with the socio-health and economic context of the area of influence.
Ability to detect unmet needs and transform them into value propositions, in an agile manner.
Entrepreneurial capacity and mindset, mobilizing resources that connect the organization with the needs of health professionals and patients.
Ability to work in a team and cross-functionally in both physical and virtual environments, mobilizing resources towards identified priorities.
Strategic vision in the short, medium and long term.
High negotiating and influencing capabilities.
Communication and didactic skills, with the ability to communicate at different levels to build and maintain open and transparent communication with the different stakeholders in the ecosystem.
Project management skills is a plus.
He/she acts with integrity, knows the rules and knows how to navigate both within the organization and the external ecosystem.
Fluent in Spanish and English (B2-C1).
Accustomed to working in multinational, matrix and agile environments.
