WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Were seeking a sharp solution-oriented Senior Salesforce Develper ready to join our Marketing Automation Team.
In this role you will focus on building and integrating Salesforce solutions that power our marketing automation capabilities across the customer journey within the Car Sales area supporting campaign execution lead management segmentation and analytics.
From designing technical solutions to deploying and maintaining integrations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions to support marketing automation workflows and campaign operations Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce and marketing platforms Implement and maintain data models field mappings and logic required for lead management scoring and nurturing Develop and deploy Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components and Flow automations supporting marketing use cases Ensure accurate data sync between Salesforce and external platforms via API middleware or ETL tools Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Business Analysts to understand campaign requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve system errors sync issues and performance bottlenecks Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards (e.

GDPR) across integrated platforms Write and maintain technical documentation including solution designs codebase notes and deployment instructions Support release management testing and deployment cycles in line with agile development practices WHAT YOU BRING ALONG 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in a large-scale environment Proficient in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and SOQL/SOSL Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model sharing rules and governor limits Experience with custom APIs integrations and third-party system connectivity Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control (e.

Git) Experience working within structured development lifecycles including sandbox testing and change sets Ability to translate technical requirements into scalable maintainable code Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certification Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools Familiarity with integration platforms Experience working with Marketing Automation platforms or CDPs Knowledge of test-driven development and experience writing unit and integration tests Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration with Admins Architects and Ops teams Demonstrated ability to deliver well-documented high-quality code in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of platform performance security and data integrity best practices Experience designing solutions that enable scalable operations and system extensibility Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Before you apply.
