As a full system manufacturer, distributor and program management partner, we supply global chains in the quick-service restaurant, convenience store and supermarket segments, helping to manage unit growth and upgrade their facilities.Your tasks Primary Contact person for Quick Service Restaurants franchisees, restaurant managers and corporate employees Responsible for full and smooth planning and execution of full-size kitchen projects and remodels, working closely with restaurant owners, architects, construction site managers, service companies and the Franke´s office team. Reach/exceed the sales goals set for the area through: Frequent business planning meeting with the customers Analysis of customer´s needs and coordination of sales activities in cooperation with the Franke office team Active participation in Franke´s marketing and sales promotions Promote Franke´s equipment and services Responsible to deliver accurate sales forecasting and profitable projects Process of external complaints Requirements Bachelor’s degree in technical field, business administration or equivalent 5+ years of proven record in sales of technical or equivalent products that apply to the restaurant business after-sales service is an advantage experience in QSR restaurant operations or construction is an advantage Professional experience in project management Familiar with business travel Your Skills Excellent in written and verbal communication, people interactions and negotiations Good Business sense Deep understanding of the customer´s business, the market and its needs Self-driven and result oriented Structured and excellent in managing multiple projects at the same time Out of the box thinker Able to work calmly under pressure Very good knowledge in English; any other additional language is an advantage Drivers License For more information see: www.franke.com Important information for all executive search companies, headhunters and HR consultantsThe Franke Group does not accept unsolicited support from headhunters and personnel consultants for our career opportunities.
