Risk Management Intern Allianz TechnologyCOO Functional Risk Management team is at the core of Allianz Technology operations, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding the business.
We work collaboratively across functions and regions to coordinate and monitor front-line activities, ensuring that the business stays well-protected.
As a member of the team, you will be among the first to engage with the Risk Lifecycle of various functions and embedded business applications, and services.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated COO Risk management intern to join our Digital Resilience team, focusing on Digital and Information Risk Management.
In this role, you will learn and contribute in advancing our first-line digital and technology operations risk and control activities.
Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring that our digital and information risk management processes are robust and effective, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.
We are looking for someone who can elevate our overarching operational risk management procedures to the next level.
About the Job The Digital Resilience function is embedded in the COO Risk Management area.
Allianz Technology Digital Resilience supports the COO function of the Allianz Technology Group in monitoring the risk situation in companies worldwide.
Our team guides the business units in proactively managing their operational risks through control activities and ensuring the effectiveness of key controls.
What you do • You will support the COO Risk Officer in various activities related to risk management.
• Support on project coordination.
• Actively support activities related to the NFRM (Non-Financial Risk Management) and others Risk Lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with our team on presentation slides (e.
., risk awareness campaigns, reporting, internal training, etc.).
• Assist our team in tracking the status of various processes.
What you bring • You are in an advanced stage or in the final year of your studies (Bachelor/Master) in a field such as Economics, Finance, MBA Engineering, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for effective content and task management.
• Interest in Project Management.
• Microsoft Office, especially PPT and Excel.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
• You can start immediately and are interested in a full-time, 6-month internship.
