REVENUE MANAGER FOR AZORA´S HOSTEL DIVISION - MADRID We are looking for a great new team member to join our team in Madrid as a Revenue Manager for our 7 hostels in Europe, summarizing more than 1.000 beds. The mix of private and shared rooms provides an aspirational and flexible spot for young-at-heart travelers in our chain.MISSIONAs a Revenue Manager you will oversee our revenue data and analytics. You will use technology systems to collect, store, organize and process data that relates to Latroupe’s financial health. You may also use technology systems to forecast revenue by making specific decisions about pricing and servicesMAIN FUNCTIONSMaximize a hotel's revenue through the analysis of financial dataIdentify new revenue opportunitiesImplement strategies like pricing and profitability analysisManage inventory levelsIdentify trends in the hospitality industry to anticipate revenue levels during different times of the yearBenchmark our main competitors throughout EuropeMonitor the performance of different distribution channels, such as online travel agencies and direct bookingsAssessing, analysing and pricing for the group segmentOptimise and consolidate Latroupe’s distribution agreementsAdjust distribution channels to increase a hotel's financial performanceCreate budgetsCreate daily, weekly and monthly reporting, including pick up analysis and strategy adjustementsMake financial forecasts and predictionsAllocate financial resourcesEnsure that all the technology tools are optimized and working at full capacity. You will use Mews as PMS and Pace as RMSLink with operational teams, both on site and at HQ, to create a revenue management culture in the company.
