RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission as a Restaurant Supervisor is to Supervise compliance with hygiene and quality standards to ensure that the department is performing up to standards.
As Restaurant Supervisor, What will your day-to-day work be like?.
-Order supplies, food and beverages required for the operation.
-Ensure the correct management of economic resources.
-Encourage sales in the assigned consumption center.
-Welcome new staff and assign a workstation for them to join the work team.
-Make and review room charges according to established procedures.
-Report incidents to your department head regarding room charges.
-Visit internal and external areas of consumption centers to ensure that everything is working properly.
-Report maintenance incidents to the office.
-Coordinate the assembly of special events.
-Keep the record of attendance and punctuality of the personnel in charge and report incidents.
-Supervise the uniformity of the personnel in charge.
-Supervise the proper use of the operating equipment.
-Carry out the daily briefing before starting the service to share the information relevant to the operation.
-Delegate tasks to the staff under your charge to ensure the operation.
-Carry out inventories of operating equipment.
Requisitos Who is the ideal person for this position?.
Academic Qualification.
Associate Degree Experience.
1 year experience in specific position Skills.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team Ability to work unsupervised.
