WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Release Manager Engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate software projects in a highly dynamic and inventive environment.

To this end, we are seeking candidates who will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and beyond.
We need someone like you to help us on different fronts.
Focusing on day-to-day operations, delivery/release of new services and solutions and capacity planning to ensure IT infrastructure meets the current and future requirements of the organization.
Providing high level advice on technical solutions and priorities for the infrastructure function.
Strong focus on design and delivery, taking complex problems and delivering well documented and tested solutions to those problems.
Ensuring the provision of full-service delivery, undertaking, and supporting structure planning to ensure sufficient system capacity is made available.
Identifying, planning, and implementing solutions to improve the reliability, resilience and efficiency of the public cloud environment by developing innovative and automated processes.
Resolving complex technical issues and providing senior technical solutions in response to queries across the business as well as from within IT.
Analyzing technical specifications of systems infrastructure and communication platforms, to meet the needs of San UK EXPERIENCE + 5 years of related experience.
EDUCATION University degree in technology, preferably in computer science.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of DevOps tooling and methodologies including code repositories, bug tracking tools, Confluence, JIRA etc.
Knowledge of IT incident management.
ability to investigate, troubleshoot, recover and prevent the recurrence of incidents that interfere with the normal delivery of IT services.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.
., Docker, Kubernetes) Skills and experience in Change Control/Incident management leading the recovery of infrastructure outages.
A strong understanding of API orchestration, combined with languages such as Python to implement automated solutions and interactions between core management services such as Dynatrace, AWS, ServiceNow etc.
Experience in software development and/or system administration, with a focus on reliability, availability, and scalability.
