Join our team and explore career opportunities that are tailor-made for you!   As a Key Account Manager,  Area Manager ECI Shop in Shop,  you will be a member of the extended management team of HUGO BOSS Benelux and you will report to the Retail Director of Spain.
Furthemore, you will closely related to all your retail colleagues in Shop in shops and other colleagues within Benelux, Europe and worldwide.
You will control and be responsible for all HUGO BOSS eci in corners.
Besides, you will lead a team made up of five ECI HUGO BOSS (AM) Area Managers; with exceptional management skills and executing operational strategies gresulting in positive operating profits.
Based in Madrid.
What you can expect.
- Responsible for all Retail ECI POS in Spain 78 Shop-in-shops (corner ECIs).
- 39M€ Net Sales and approx..
- Drive profitable Retail Growth through productivity improvements and network expansion.
- Sets the standards of Next Level retail and ensures the number one priority of all sales associates is the customer and delivering superior customer experience.
- Lead a team of 5 Area Managers shop in shop (ECI).
- Create and manage a team-based environment with staff and continually evolve developing a positive atmosphere within the department.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work closely together with Merchandising, VM &  Retail Operations teams in the market.
- Manage daily replenishment of back stocked product to the sales floor, as well as maintain a clean and organized back stock room.
- Refine omni-channel strategies to continuously deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience that spans both online and stores.
- Develop, grow and maintain network of retail apparel relationships.
- Establish & implement store procedures defined by the company, ensuring all the necessary tasks are performed in a timely manner.
Your profile.
- 10 years of specialty; retail management experience.
- University Studies related to retail.
Master´s degree is a plus.
- Experience running higher volume and overlooking multiple store locations (Experience in the Shop in Shop Spain channel is highly valued.
\"El Corte Inglés\") - Strategic vision (action plans & KPIS), ability to prioritize, emotional intelligence to deal with Junior Store Manager & Senior Area Manager.
- Experience overseeing and managing headcount of 200 employees ECI in Spain.
- Excellent organizational, analytical skills, time management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the retail shop-in-shop sector in Spain, focus on men's business.
- Full availability to travel in national and international territory (EU).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
- Strong consulting, negotiation, problem resolution, mediation.
- Professional English, very high level C1-C2.
