REGIONAL PRESIDENT EUROPE

Drive rapid and sustainable growth for the global semiconductor, industrial automation & electronic high-tech components business As Regional President you will report to the Group CEO and represent the region as a member of the senior leadership team.
You will focus on building, growing, and scaling the business in the high-tech electronics environment.
Due to the huge market potential, the new Regional President Europe should be able to deliver results quickly, but also develop and execute long-term plans to secure the ambitious long-term growth plans.
Your responsibilities will include.
· Regional growth and profitability, including full regional P&L responsibility (growing from current ~€250m to a €1 billion business in the region) with a focus on profitable growth and return on capital · Structure, design and execution of regional commercial, marketing and customer strategy, including successful, profitable growth with OEMs, end users and distributors/agents/external channels · Effectively link local customer engineering and supply chain teams in the region with key global leadership, technical and manufacturing resources · Collaborate with BUs on corporate strategic commercial and technology roadmaps · Recruit, manage and set targets/metrics for the regional commercial and application engineering organisation · Drive customer experience, quality and delivery initiatives through local customer relationship management and cohesion with internal manufacturing leadership · Organise and lead regional leadership with dotted line reporting from key functional regional leadership · Prepare and execute the annual budget for the region · Ability to report effectively to C-level and Board level on the status of the region's progress   You will have a proven track record of successfully scaling existing product and solution sales through optimised partnerships, new business models and go-to-market strategies.
The new Regional President Europe must therefore have a strong network within the European high-tech electronics market and a solid understanding of the ongoing activities, megatrends and potential business opportunities in the region.
You will have.
· 15+ years in a highly technical industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in a senior management role with full P&L responsibility · 10+ years of experience within semiconductor equipment, component manufacturing or electrification for industrial applications and process automation · Strong understanding of high precision electronics and high technology components, ideally with connections to electric heating and thermal management · Proven track record of building and profitably growing a regional organisation in a highly engineered industrial components environment in Europe · Proven track record of growing a business through new applications, new solutions, M&A or improved go-to-market strategies · Experience of working in a high margin business as a senior executive to establish valued added solutions · Deep understanding of the European market and its unique business practices · Fluent in English; multi-lingual representing key markets within the region preferred     If this sounds like the next step in your professional career you're looking for, get in touch and apply today.
