Organizational Situation.
The Regional Manager for Catalonia carries out their duties under the supervision of the Development Manager and in coordination with the entire Solinum team in France (communication manager, fundraising manager, knowledge manager, project officer, etc.).
Job Details Solinum’s flagship project, Soliguide, is currently deployed in 32 French departments (representing ~50% of the French population).
In , we recorded over 3 million searches on Soliguide, double the previous year.
Behind these achievements is a team of 45 passionate employees spread across the entire French territory.
Our ambition by the end of is to be present in all 101 French departments and to have launched Soliguide in three European countries.
As part of a European funding initiative, we have the opportunity to launch our first international deployment of Soliguide.
Indeed, Solinum is participating in a cross-border cooperation project between Girona, Lleida, and Barcelona in Spain, and Pyrénées-Orientales, Ariège, and Haute Garonne in France, along with the Principality of Andorra.
The project aims to leverage digitalization to strengthen access, quality, and efficiency of supportive services for the people living in precarious situations in these seven territories, in order to more effectively combat vulnerability and social precarity in this cooperative space.
In partnership with the iSocial Foundation (Barcelona), the Alba Association (Lleida), the Resilis Foundation (Girona), the Sant Pere Claver Foundation (Barcelona), the Reconnect Association (France), and the Research & Innovation Department of the Andorran government, Solinum is tasked with adapting Soliguide to Spanish practices (Soliguia).
This adaptation aims to map the locations and services useful to people in precarious situations in these seven territories.
Simultaneously, the Nidus and Reconnect applications, present in Spain and France respectively, will be interconnected with Soliguia to facilitate inclusion processes, access to the job market, and community participation for the population in situations of precarity and poverty.
To carry out the mapping of the three Spanish territories and Andorra and coordinate collaboration with project partners, we are seeking a Regional Manager for Catalonia in Barcelona.
Your role will be to ensure the success of the project by guaranteeing the quality of exchanges and collaboration with stakeholders, as well as the quality of the database and project monitoring.
Responsibilities As the Regional Manager for Catalonia at Solinum, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the association’s projects in the territories of Lleida, Girona, and Barcelona, as well as Andorra.
You will work closely with the Solinum team in France, the Internationalization Project Manager, the Knowledge Manager, and the entire Solinum team, as well as local and national partners, to ensure the effective deployment of the project.
Your goal? Develop Solinum’s tools and improve access to services for people in precarious situations.

Support project leaders in the territories of Girona, Lleida, and Barcelona, as well as Andorra, to ensure that our programs are deployed to their full potential for social impact.
Grow the structure and its social impact in Catalonia by prospecting new territories, identifying new opportunities, and integrating into the association’s scale-up strategy.
Ensure the financial sustainability of Solinum at the regional level, develop multi-actor funding proposals, and monitor the budget for the entire region in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Represent the region within the association.
Be the ambassador of Solinum and ensure a clear understanding of the values and practices of the association in each territory.
Ensure the application of the social impact evaluation strategy for programs on each territory involved in the project to highlight impact and draw actionable conclusions.
Develop engagement with a network of regional partners (institutional, associative, collective).
Facilitate regional and departmental co-construction instances (steering committees, operational committees, participation of stakeholders) with a facilitator posture and applying animation techniques.
Participate in the Global Deployment of Solinum.
Contribute to the overall development of the association in its external and internal strategic dimensions.
Participate in collective exchange sessions with other teams responsible for deploying Soliguide in their regions.
Propose improvements to our practices, tools, and processes.
Imagine and deploy experiments in Catalonia (e.
., on how to disseminate the tool, reference, raise funds, etc.) and then support their replication in all other Soliguide territories.
Ensure Quality Guidance for All People in Precarious Situations in the Province of Barcelona.
Following priorities defined through co-construction with stakeholders, create and expand the Soliguia database by referencing supportive services in the territory.
Ensure the quality and comprehensibility of information (completeness of practical information, accuracy of information, etc.).
Ensure the freshness of data made available, especially during significant updates in summer and winter (mailing, calling, etc.).
Promote the adoption of Soliguia by local actors, especially for updating information autonomously.
Maximize the Use of Soliguia in the Province of Barcelona.
Using proven methodologies, develop a program of dissemination actions tailored to the territory and the launch stage of Soliguia.
Manage local press relations (press releases, local representation of Soliguia).
Raise awareness on the ground or through webinars among social workers, volunteers, and beneficiaries of Soliguia (e.
., participate in service meetings, organize orientation sessions for beneficiaries, etc.).
