About H2SITE:H2SITE is a company that believes in European reindustrialization, created after 15 years of R&D with top European research entities to develop a breakthrough technology.We have built a membrane factory that is unique in the world, where we manufacture our units that provide solutions for the hydrogen transport problem.For our development we rely on the local industrial ecosystem and top-level international investors.We have developed a technology of membrane reactors for the separation and production of hydrogen in situ from different feedstocks, such as ammonia, methanol, formic acid, syngas from waste…The Opportunity:As a Recruitment & Analytics Technician, you’ll get to:Participate in company's recruitment processes, from the detection of needs to the incorporation of the final candidate.Coordinate the search and selection process of the personnel that needs to be hired.Post job opportunities, evaluate resumes, screen candidates, confirm applicant employment history, and conduct interviews between applicants and managers.Be part of the OnBoarding process for new hires, facilitating their reception and adaptation to the position and the organization.Documentation request and management.Collaborate in the necessary improvement processes that involve HR and people management.Manage and improve the internship and scholarship process, developing an internal protocol and establishing collaborations with Schools / Universities.Promote the employee experience and attract new candidates through the implementation of Employer Branding actions. Experience creating reports in both excel and PBI.Collaborate with the People Manager in everything related to Labor Relations, acting as a link between the company and external advisors.What you’ll need to succeed:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.2+ years of experience in similar roles.Excellent communication and people skills, ethics, and cultural awareness (In English and Spanish).Experience recruiting industry profiles, IT among others.Proven success working in an HR department & consulting & TT & Outsourcing.Advanced use in: Excel, PPT and Canva.Assessable: use of SAP, Workday, Meta4, Pandapé, Phenom, PBI tools.Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment and industry.Autonomous and result driven.Strong team player, highly motivated and willing to provide help where needed to ensure the success of the team.You’re a doer, comfortable working in a constantly changing start-up environment.What we offer:Unique R&D project focused on fighting against climate change.Be part of a talented and welcoming team.Flexibility & Autonomy.Competitive salary package.Professional projection.Other info:Position based in H2SITE facilities in Bilbao, Basque Country (Spain). #Hydrogen #HumanResources #HR #People #H2 #Bilbao
