PV QUALITY MANAGER

Risen Energy Solar Project is EPC and IPP company backed by Risen Energy Co., Ltd which is well known as global Tier1 manufacture for high efficiency solar module.If you have at least five years on the construction phase of the projects and with not less than 3 years in an Construction Quality Manager or equivalent role, in the renewables industry (preferably with PV plants), and have no less than three 100MW or more PV project quality management experience, and you are interested on a new opportunity to support with your willing to learn, enlarge your networking, promote win-win long term partnerships, you are more than welcome to take part our promising organization.RESPONSIBILITIESUnder the overall General manager, and the gestion of HQ quality department, the PV quality manager will be responsible for the Management of quality issues from RTB until COD and ISO standards certification. He/She will progressively perform fill tasks to achieve excellence on his/her performance as per enlarging his accountability range.As a first step, several main accountabilities are expected from the potential candidate:As the quality manager of the Spanish company, do the quality management of all projects within the scope of the Spanish company.Communicate and co-ordinate with all project owners in Spain on quality matters.To inform the quality manager of the headquarter in time for the big quality problems occurred in all projects in Spain.Provide support for quality related documents for each Spanish project bidding.After signing the EPC contract for each new project in Spain, do the decomposition and interpretation of the quality requirements of the EPC contract before starting the work.Before the commencement of each new project in Spain, according to the requirements of the EPC contract, edit the quality management related procedure documents such as QMP/QAP and submit them to the owner for review.Establish and improve the quality control measures of the project and supervise the quality engineers to implement them in the process of project implementation.Responsible for recruiting suitable quality management personnel according to the actual needs of Spanish companies.Manage the daily work of subordinate quality engineers and assign projects to subordinate quality engineers.Conduct quality briefing for the project team before the start of the project.Do the quality weekly and monthly reports of Spanish company.Do the quality walk down and quality problem rectification supervision in Spain.Organize thematic meetings for the big quality problems in Spanish projects and seek for quick solutions.Do a good job in the Spanish region related to acceptance data, NCR, Punch list and other co-ordinated management work.Do the commissioning quality management of all projects in Spain.Do the work related to PAC and FAC of all projects in Spain.Supervise our subcontractors´ construction activities onsiteEDUCATION/ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSGood educational background, Higher Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Energy Engineering or similar.Any other course will be valued.Between 5-10 years of experience, with a track record as QM in PV plantsSKILLSSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the renewable market, especially in the suppliers/EPC scope of work.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English mandatory, Chinese is also a plus).Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeOTHERSAvailability to travelBe able to work in a multicultural environment.Be able to commit deadlines to attend the Projects objectives.Be able to work on dynamic situations and under eventual pressure circumstances.Able to uphold and respect work ethics and company policies to conduct activities with integrity.A team player who demonstrates patience, flexibility, and honestyMINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years
