RISEN ENERGY SPAIN, SLJOB DESCRIPTION PV CONSTRCCTION PROJECT MANAGERThe Location: To be definedRisen Energy Solar Project is EPC and IPP company backed by Risen Energy Co., Ltd which is well known as global Tier1 manufacture for high efficiency solar module. If you have at least five years on the construction phase of the projects and with not less than 10 projects, mainly on the timeline, milestones, budget, quality, risks, and security of PV Renewable Energy projects, and you are interested on a new opportunity to support with your willing to learn, enlarge your networking, promote win-win long term partnerships, you are more than welcome to take part our promising organization.RESPONSIBILITIES Under the overall General manager, the PV construction manager will be responsible for the Management of the PV projects from RTB until COD. He/She will progressively perform fill tasks to achieve excellence on his/her performance as per enlarging his accountability range.As a first step, several main accountabilities are expected from the potential candidate:Ensure resource availability and allocation for the proper execution of the project.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.Manage all resources assigned to the projects (engineering, procurement, construction, finance control, legal, etc.), internal and external, in order to control and report its status and to ensure that the project meets the requirements and standards planned (technical, quality, HSE, risks, cost, and timeline). Manage the EPC Contracts, including the EPC Contractors and external providers. Manage the relationships with the stakeholders of the projects (Authorities, Townhalls, landowners, REE, etc.) in order to obtain all the necessary permits to connect the plant.Provide support to the Development Department to achieve RTB status and Asset Management (O&M) for the handover of the plants. Provide support to the technical department to optimize the layout and specifications of the plants, and to ensure that the progress of the works comply with these requirements and standards. Provide support to the Procurement department to define the procurement strategy of the project, and to select the providers (EPC/BOS Contractor, equipment suppliers, HV suppliers, Owner's engineering, Construction supervision, Health, and Safety coordinator, etc.). Identify, implement, and monitor improvement and/or corrective actions throughout project management (risks, schedule, scope, cost, quality, safety). Permanent and directly communication and report to upper management. Lead and report weekly & monthly meetings with the stakeholders of the project (EPC Contractor, Engineering, etc.) with particular focus on tasks progress, milestones, risks, action plans and contractual issues. Provide Construction expertise and ability to solve unexpected technical and commercial difficulties.EDUCATION/ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSGood educational background, Higher Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Energy Engineering or similar. Any other course will be valued.Between 5-10 years of experience, with a track record as Project Manager in Energy projects (ideally in PV Plants and Interconnection Facilities)PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus. SKILLSSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the renewable market, especially in the suppliers/EPC scope of work.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English mandatory, Chinese is also a plus).Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeOTHERSAvailability to travelBe able to work in a multicultural environment.Be able to commit deadlines to attend the Projects objectives.Be able to work on dynamic situations and under eventual pressure circumstances.Able to uphold and respect work ethics and company policies to conduct activities with integrity.A team player who demonstrates patience, flexibility, and honesty.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years
