This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
What you do • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for GenAI projects and translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and work with the development team to refine and estimate user stories.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team as well as communicating project progress, changes, and updates effectively to stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning sessions to ensure team understanding of priorities and requirements and support the development team during sprints by providing clarification and guidance.
• Review and validate completed features to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and business needs.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within GenAI initiatives and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology.
What you bring • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management or a related role, preferably with exposure to AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools (e.
., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
