Have a look at the main activities you will be tasked with.Our Madrid office serves as a hub for coordinating projects in Latin America and Africa, where we strive to make a positive impact on communities through our work.Main Responsibilities & Duties:As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of civil engineering projects in Latin America and Africa. Your primary responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough studies of civil engineering projects in designated regions to understand project requirements and challenges.Analyzing documentation and international tender documents to extract key information and insights.Preparing comprehensive budgets, technical proposals, and economic offers in line with project specifications and requirements.Coordinating closely with suppliers and subcontractors to gather necessary information, solicit tenders, and prepare detailed comparisons.Facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the engineering team to ensure seamless project execution. Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successful project coordination and management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and communication.Familiarity with project management software such as PRESTO, MS Project, or Primavera P6 is advantageous.High level of English proficiency, with additional language skills in Spanish, French, or Portuguese considered a plus.Willingness and availability to travel to countries in Africa and Latin America as required by project demands.What do we offer?
