Role Purpose.
Project Manager with responsibility for medium and large scale Property investment projects in our Commercial Property Estate to provide the appropriate customer, employee and technology environments, in line with our Planet objectives, to meet our business needs, using Agile Project Management methodology.
Responsible for end to end delivery, managing internal and external project team and stakeholders, delivering in line with pre agreed milestones for all workstreams, in an agreed consistent project management framework that you will implement across all projects.

You are a standout Project Manager with the ability to shape, influence and deliver Property Investment Projects in Commercial Real Estate.
You will be highly motivated and an excellent relationship manager who can built trust, respect whilst working efficiently, flexibly and to an excellent standard.
You will be experienced in budget management and complex property projects with significant end user engagement.

You will join the Property, Facilities and Health & Safety Team.
The role will specifically cover Property Investment Projects in our Commercial Estate and you will report to the Head of Property & Facilities.
Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities.
The person will be responsible for the proactive management of key Property Projects within the organisation and oversite and co-ordination of programme delivery of all key interdependencies to deliver our strategic objectives.
They will be responsible for co-ordination of all projects in line with the agreed timeframe and budget agreed.
Undertake initial scoping and detailed planning of all aspect of the projects, always considering the end user experience, both customers and employees.
Implement a robust project management framework for activities, tools and processes, with clearly defined milestones in each project, to ensure on time delivery, in budget and meet with the agreed scope.
Engage with key stakeholders throughout the project to ensure the full project team are aligned and clear on their delivery to meet the overall business requirements.
Proactively support the project team to ensure all stakeholders and vendors are engaged optimally to support successful delivery of the objectives.
Manage escalations from the project, which they have attempted to resolve but require further intervention.
Manage these escalations appropriately to avoid any impacts.
Review and challenge delivery timelines and budget from the project team, ensuring optimum delivery timeframes and efficient use of budget.
Follow the agreed project processes on Status Management, Risk / Issue Management, Deliverables Management, Decision Management, Plan Management.
Overall responsibility for budget setting, management and delivery in line with scope.
Present on project progress at regular intervals to Senior Stakeholders.
Responsible for the appointment of Design, PSDP, PSCS & Contractor roles, and should have a knowledge of when AF1’s & AF2’s process.
The candidate should have experience in coordinating with Architects, QS’, PM’s along with Fire, Structure & Services Consultants and an overarching understanding of statutory compliance and ESG requirements.
We Are Looking For You, If You Have.
10+ experience in Property related Project management.
Qualifications would ideally include Quantity Surveyor, Architecture, or Building Surveying.
Experience essential in complex Property projects including stakeholder and end user engagement.
Customer experience focused, always considering the end user Experience on Agile Project management methodology.
Experience essential in Budget management.
Excellent relationship management cross departmental collaboration skills Excellent presentation and report writing skills    What else should you demonstrate.
