PROJECT PORTFOLIO MANAGER

What you’ll do This role is part of the PMO Team.
The Project Manager is responsible for executing all aspects of diverse, complex projects across different departments within Vodafone Albania and in collaboration with Vodafone Group teams and is accountable for leading the full lifecycle management of one or more business and/or technology projects from requirements through to operational and commercial readiness.
Role is crucial to successfully manage the end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management and reporting for the programs & projects under the responsibility.
Job Responsibilities Develop & maintains the project plan, ensuring alignment with team, vendor activities, timelines, and dependencies.
Develops the resource plan and ensures that resources are available during the duration of the project, so the project deliverables are not compromised.
Creates and maintains project documentation (status reports, dependency logs, risk/issue registers, lessons learned logs, PPM tool updates) following company standards and templates.
Owns project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery.
Actively manages project delivery to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality completion of milestones.
Performs risk management and change management as part of the project activities, including projects interdependencies within a program, to make the business requirements are met.
Leads and cultivates effective communication and collaboration within a cross-functional project team (Business, IT, Network, Finance, Legal) and external partners, building strong relationships to ensure project alignment and success.
Secures project approvals at key decision gates by ensuring deliverables (e.
., Business Case, Project Charter, Budget) meet established criteria and milestones achievement.
Leverages expertise in project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) to recommend the optimal methodology for each project.
Utilizes communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and represent the project effectively in key governance and decision-making meetings.
Maintains overall project integrity and ensures adherence to Vodafone's standards and processes.

Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, and other relevant project management methodologies.
Telecommunications Industry.
General knowledge of the telecommunications industry, its trends, and technologies.
Technical Skills.
Previous experience with solid technical knowledge of telecommunications networks or IT systems will be beneficial for the role.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Decision-making.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure while considering all risks and potential outcomes.
Communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information to diverse stakeholders.

Quick problem solving and data-driven decision-making.
Risk Management.
Understanding of risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and contingency planning.
Stakeholder Management.
Proactively manages relationships and communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address their concerns effectively.
Must have technical / professional qualifications.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field of study of Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
Minimum 1-3 years of Project Management experience (initiation, budget tracking and resource planning, executing, and monitoring projects).
Recognized PM qualifications, such as PMI PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent); Agile Certifications (Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner, or other agile certifications.
Experience in reporting, including excellent communication, presentation, organization, and people skills.
Critical thinking, problem-stating, and experience in conflict resolution Having a growth mindset and being able to work in a changing environment, ready to learn.
Experience with/in.
MS office 365 Suite and Program & Project Management tools.
