Could you be the full-time PROJECT MANAGER Junior for Services business unit in Barcelona we’re looking for?   Your future role  Take on a new challenge and apply your PROJECT MANAGEMENT expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You’ll work alongside young and talented teammates.
You'll drive project execution, to maximize the results with respect to cash and margin whilst delivering on time, in conformity with the contract  Charter according to Customer expectations and the requirements on EHS.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with  teams across the business (Customer, Partners, Project Team, Line Managers providing resources, Project Office, Support functions (Finance, Tax, Legal, etc..) and other project stakeholders.
You’ll specifically take care of   seeking and proposing to the Customer Director additional opportunities in the frame of the contract  Charter, but also  ensuring Alstom Transport legal and contractual rights are protected.

Plan and manage the complete execution of his/her scope from transfer to close out, in line with Contract Charter requirements.
Lead a Project Team, including Core Team and when applicable Project Managers of internal and external partners - in line with the project structure.
Perform project management and contract administration according to Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM), including proactive risk and opportunity management, and in full compliance with E&C rules.
Ensure completion of Project Performance goals to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Responsible and accountable for the Project Profit and Loss Ensure optimal quality of project execution and reviews.
Ensure that critical aspects are identified in reviews and proactively / professionally addressed and followed up.
Manage the situation of the project and its KPIs, and report to senior management, with transparency during the business/sector project reviews or PRB Make sure that key project stakeholders are aligned towards project goals.
Represent Alstom towards Customers and when applicable external stakeholders (Consortium, JV …) EHS.
Accountable for the proper implementation of the Alstom policy and Customer requirements by all stakeholders (internal & external) including suppliers and contractors.
Responsible to ensure full compliance with Code of Ethics Performance measurements.

University degree in Engineering.
Language skills.
High level in English is a must.
French or other language is an asset Desirable career experience in Railways and/or project management.
Good knowledge of railway products and systems.
