Imagine new horizons with Dassault Systèmes! We are hiring a new Project Manager Officer (PMO) based in Madrid for our Industry Services team.
Our Industry Services business unit is responsible for implementing successfully our solutions in our customers.
The PMO ensures the successful completion of a customer project to deliver committed value and guarantee customer satisfaction, performance of the activities on Time, on Quality and on Budget.
Role and responsibilities   ·        Support Project Manager / Program Manager to ensure the successful completion of a customer project to deliver committed value and guarantee customer satisfaction, performance of the activities on Time, on Quality and on Budget.
Support in the definition of project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Help with the on boarding of new project team members.
Follow detailed resource planning during all project lifecycle, controlling time report and expenses.
Support with project costing, provide detailed information to guarantee the committed quality, margin and scheduling criteria.
Support in the definition of the Risk Management Plan, registering identified risk and following proposed actions.
Participate in the Communication Plan of the projects, creating presentation internal and externals to the customers.
Establish strong team spirit driving feeling of Great Place To Work Ensure Value Engagement gates respect and conformity of deliverables Create and maintain internal and external communities and repositories, to follow all project activities and deliverables.
Collaborate with the DS internal ecosystem, master of 3DEXPERIENCE platform usage and value through Industry Processes Collaborate and communicate with our Partners and internal roles involved Qualifications   Graduate in Engineering field 3 years minimum in a similar PMO role in IT business Services & consulting experience Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE platform Nice to have, knowledge of 3D mechanical CAD tools and CAD data management (CATIA) Nice to have, knowledge of Manufacturing solutions (DELMIA) Industry knowledge (T&M, A&D, Energy, etc.) is a plus Complex information processing / Problem Solving demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
