Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who specializes in implementing Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) on the business side. Although MSD is already live, we need an expert who can guide the adoption and implementation of new functionalities. You are also responsible for the rollout to new teams at the various locations. You will also take up initiatives in the field of AI in combination with customer contact registration.

Result areas and core activities:
- Project management: Management of the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Adoption and implementation: Guiding the adoption of MSD and AI solutions linked to customer processes within the organization and implementation of new functionalities.
- Rollout of the application: Rollout to teams that are working with MSD for the first time. Creating support for this and organizing the organization accordingly.
- Experience with AI integration: Experience with integrating AI solutions in the field of customer contact, complying with applicable ethical frameworks and guidelines.
- Stakeholder management: Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Risk management: Identifying, analyzing and mitigating project risks.
- Quality assurance: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices.
- You ensure that the project is delivered on time, with the right quality!

Differentiating Factors:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics, change management.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work and Thinking Level:
- Education: At least a bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
- Competencies: Proactive, results-oriented, stress-resistant, and flexible.

MSD Knowledge and Experience:
- Configuration and Customization: Knowledge of configuring and customizing MSD to meet specific business needs.
- Integration: Experience with integrating MSD with other business applications and systems.
- User Support: Expertise in providing support and training to end users to promote MSD adoption.
- AI solutions implementation: Knowledge and experience in implementing AI solutions on the business side.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in using data analysis and getting the organization moving to implement improvements based on data insights.
