maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission will be to serve as the driving force responsible for aligning relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and other external partners.
You will manage day-to-day operations and oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initiation to closure—ensuring the project meets its objectives, remains within scope, and delivers value to stakeholders.
What will your day-to-day work be like? Reporting to the Product Design Director your main responsibilities will include.
- Support the Product Design Director and Product Design leads with gathering requests and prioritizing tasks.
- Represent the Product Design department in internal meetings - Support the different workstreams relating to their area ensuring progress, dependencies, decisions, issues and risks.
- Follow up project deadlines and outstanding issues.
- Understand business units needs and how to integrate PD processes in the project.
- Create and Support the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, document and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes and policies are applied.
- Collaborate with professionals on the project/integration to ensure the content is accurate.
- Resolve issues relevant to project/integration deliverables within their area of expertise.
Requisitos What are we looking for? Studies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Economics or similar.
Experience / Background.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Very important.
Previous experience managing projects in the hospitality industry.
- Valuable.
Knowledge of design or architecture.
