We are searching for a talented Project Manager experienced in Composite Materials and Processes in the aerospace industry.
To Join the team of an exciting and long-term aircraft development with a world-class OEM, based in a beautiful location in Switzerland.
The position is full time with good conditions, working with innovative ideas and a high manufacturing technological component, all in a stimulating team environment.
Your Tasks Validate composite materials or manufacturing process technologies through the manufacture of prototype components, including relevant testing to de-risk the technology, deepen know-how and assess the suitability of a technology targeting a later certification and implementation of our clients' products Lead and execute composites projects, readily initiated and granted by InnoSuisse (Swiss funded projects) Manage projects between external suppliers, internal and own resources Propose and select future technologies for exploration toward project definition and execution Requirements   MSc degree from a recognised university in a relevant engineering or science discipline Experience of 5 to 10 years in composite materials and processes, in the aerospace market Internationally networked in the composites industry Knowledge of Swiss and international academic landscapes and associated public collaborative funding mechanisms is an advantage Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and German Self-propelled personality, eager to advance own projects, propose pragmatic solutions and achieve results Multi-functional interest and ability for hands-on activities coupled with project management Languages.
