PROJECT MANAGER

KIVNON is an international group specialising in automotion and mobile robotics. We support our customers as they adapt to industry 4.0 offering them innovative,highly technological customized solutions for the impementation of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV's/AMR's) systems.Our projects in mobile robotics include the design, prototyping and manufacture of AGVs/AMRs, their installation and launch, as well as technical assistance and customer service.We are now looking for 2 Project Managers who will lead multiple automation projects ensuring top-tier operational logistics and commercial adaptability. Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget and timeline requirements.Optimize customer processes and logistics for efficiency.Build strong client relationships, handle specification changes adeptly, understand their needs, and act as their primary daily point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with the organization to tailor solutions to customer needs and project scope changes.Efficiently allocate project resources, including teams, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.Keep the organization aware of potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered and billed within scope and budget. Requirements:University degree in Engineering 2 years' experience in project management for industrial automation projects.Know how about PLC use and programming.Prior experience in logistics, automotive or AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) projects is a significant advantage.High level of EnglishAvailability to travelConfident and assertive, with the ability to work independently to deliver results.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional analytical and summarization abilities.Goal oriented and able to work under pressureEffective logistic and planning skills.Keen attention to detail and accuracy.Adaptability to changing circumstances.
