PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRINCIPAL

Under limited supervision, responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of complex and cross-functional project-oriented work efforts.
Frequently leads large project efforts, including taking responsibility for issue resolution across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Assists in the development of business cases, financial analysis, and all aspects of costing and managing project financials.
Drafts and reviews documentation in compliance with the FedEx global development process, and ensures all project deliverables are in compliance with FedEx global development process.
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the department/organization.
Provides mentoring for the development of those in less senior positions.
Minimum Qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus.
Strong working knowledge of Compliance & Audit (Internal/External).
Proven history of strong collaboration with Global and Cross Organizational groups.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of SAFe and Agility practices (certifications a plus).
Knowledge of CONDOR processes.
Proven leadership.

The role would warrant someone capable of assisting in business cases, financial analysis, and all aspects of costing and managing project financials.
The role will also demand compliance and participation in FedEx Global development as well as the push to ONE FedEx.
