As a Project Management Intern you’ll be responsible for supporting Project Managers in running key projects as well as working on initiatives in our Systems & Services team, connecting with other colleagues throughout Europe to find better ways of working.

If you match this description, get in touch! What you’ll do Work closely with our Project Managers in setting up and managing project structure in SAP, ensuring budgets and time writing are in place.
Support in managing project orders and follow up on scheduling, taking care of support activities to ensure a smooth delivery of scope Support and challenge the team to improve financial and operational control of project execution parameters by creating or reviewing reports on cost and deliveries Keep up to date all project and support documentation such as handbooks, guides, technical documentation etc.
in all applicable communication channels (Teams, SharePoint) Participate in improvement initiatives and implementation of new ways of working Your qualifications You have full domain of English, Spanish, and French and/or Italian You are studying a degree in business, supply chain or project management and have some initial experience from other internships, together with strong interest around project and operational work You love teamwork and enjoy connecting with other people to get the job done You are resilient, and take ownership to make things happen, not giving up until a solution is found You think easy is boring, you thrive with change and like to challenge the status quo Our candidate profile is just a guide.
