Job Description Summary Ready to make an impact where finance meets operations? We are seeking a finance professional with a strong analytical mindset to support financial execution across Services and Projects Operations.
This role involves full ownership of P&L, cost control, and strategic planning, while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance and ensure operational excellence.

Job Description In this role you will drive optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through Project execution.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Roles and Responsibilities Site/region strategy and execution of operations finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.
Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (PI, Revals, standards, variances, etc.), product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.
Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline.
Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.
A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills.
Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
Provides informal guidance to new team members.
Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Impacts projects, processes and procedures in own field.
The role operates with some autonomy, but is focused on execution of activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.
Activities require professional judgment, but may require more senior levels of guidance.
Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems.
Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
Participate in the implementation of GE policies (GE GAP) and specific to the company, Warranty and Obso reserves (deployment of new policies) and the rule for the recognition of turnover (606); etc.
Supports annual Audits from a Business prospective and support Tax authority requirements on Import VAT.
Support Sourcing with Accounts payable punctual problems and CAPEX booking Rates & coeff for Operations costs.
Required Qualifications For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Finance & Manufacturing Operations.
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
