bout the roleA Project Delivery Lead is responsible for a smooth delivery of short-term clients' projects together with working closely with our Account Managers.
ey responsibilitiesLead delivery across the end-to-end project lifecycleProject-level stakeholder management - project scoping, planning, and staffingEnsure that delivery best-practice is followedProvide on-the-job coaching and mentorship to junior team members, and assist with new joiner onboarding as requiredEnsure all the projects meet the required SLAs and KPIs - project prioritization, team optimization, and efficient project deliveryAbility to handle/cover the sourcing and vetting of industry experts as requiredBuild relationships - maintain good connections with key clients and frequent usersProactive support of delivery managers and account managersProactively assesses client feedback in order to relay important trends and business opportunities to relevant internal stakeholdersProvide regular feedback to the business and product team on process improvements, product enhancements, etc.
