Your responsibilities will include.
Assist with day to day Project coordination duties such as.
Providing support to Project Managers in the team Project Admin duties (e.
.
minutes, setting up meetings etc.) Tracking and reporting on the Status of various key projects (i.
.
weekly, monthly, ad hoc etc.) Co-ordinate the compilation of project specifications.
Assist with Identifying the correct business and 3rd party stakeholders to form part of the project’s work streams and steering committees.
Assist with Drawing up and managing project plans and project schedules; Support the Accurate, regular, and ad-hoc project reporting to stakeholders; Ensure that all project management documentation is stored in a central repository.
Assist project manager with Effective management of project deliverables, follow up on action items, document risks, issues, dependencies and concerns accompanied by escalations when required; Facilitate effective communication between key project resources by convening, initiating, planning and scheduling project review meetings Collaborate with all relevant groups to ensure delivery against project plans Prepare documentation and reports for various levels of Management; Ensure timeous and effective escalation should it be required.
Enable sound communication to ensure alignment and cooperation with other Reporting Tracking and reporting on the status of various Purchase orders in the division Request quotes from suppliers and engage with roleplayers The ideal candidate for this role will have.
Previous experience as a Project coordinator/administrator Diploma in Project Management/Business Administration or SAQA Accredited Equivalent* essential 3-5 years of experience and knowledge of the telecom's environment Core competencies, knowledge, and experience.
