PROGRAMME SUPPORT ANALYST_IT

Your day to day.
A key supporting role within the organisation to ensure delivery is aligned with strategy and to optimise the flow of value through the portfolio over the short and longer term.
The role holder will work with the Programme Manager to contribute on the portfolio flow, balance funding allocation, and employ dynamic forecasting and prioritisation to optimise time to market for a portfolio.

1.
Reporting and Metrics.
tracks, reports and provides insight on portfolio performance (including delivery and financial) using available tools 2.
Artefacts.
maintains the integrity of roadmaps, delivery plans, RAIDs.

Supports the teams as needed with the activities detailed on their JD, e.
.
resolution of data quality issues.

Create and update data and assurance artefacts  5.
Administers portfolio ceremonies.
6.
Being the primary delegated authority of Programme Manager when they are not available 7.
Drive continuous improvement in the application of methodologies and tools to portfolio governance and shares best practice 8.
Ensure that project budget forecasts are up to date and reconciled to the over-all programme budget 9.
Will be flexible in completing these tasks for different portfolios and different maturity stages.

•    Able to communicate and drive outcomes effectively over multiple seniorities/roles/teams in a large matrix organisation •    Good understanding of the SAFe Framework •    Ability to analyse data to see trends and make mitigation recommendations •    Experience of working in an agile organisation in a portfolio management function or solution team.
•    Able to organise their time over multiple work streams and conflicting priorities •    Self-starter able to work independently and remotely  Must have technical / professional qualifications.
•    Knowledge and experience of working in agile frameworks, eg SAFe, Scrum, Kanban •    Expert user of Microsoft Office tools.
Excel/PowerPoint/Word •     Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Italian.
