PROGRAM MANAGER FOR TRANSVERSAL TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS

Kiteris is a young, agile company dedicated to providing IT project management services based on the delivery of excellence, the quality of our team and the contribution of value through specialization and innovation. We are located in Spain and Portugal but serve different customers in Europe, USA, and LATAM.For the past years, we have been working as IT Program and Project Portfolio Executive Managers (PPMO, Executive PgMO/PMO) for a leading international customer in the industrial sector. The customer is based in the Barcelona area (Spain) and San Diego (California, USA) with offices and subsidiaries in more than 40 countries worldwide.The Client has expressed his intention to increase the team with the incorporation of a Program Manager to support and lead the implementation of business transversal transformation projects in its more than 40 countries.Therefore, we are looking for an expert in Program Manager tasks based in the Barcelona area (Spain), specialized in international programs. The person would work inside the client's EMEA Business Transformation Office (BTO).RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesOverall program and projects responsibility. Usually managing multi-year programs, with project members and stakeholders belonging to different areas in an international matrix organization: logistic, manufacturing, HR, legal, purchasing, IT…).Reporting line direct to one of the Portfolio Managers at the customer EMEA BTO and having strong interaction with the different business key users, and process owners.Dotted line reporting to the different sponsors of the transformation programs.Collaborating in measuring and ensuring the ROI of the projects in their program and portfolio.Management of assigned projects including their planning, monitoring, and reporting, based on the PMBok (PMI) as standard PM methodology combined with Scrum/Agile subprojects, and using company's specific processes & tools. The execution will be directly managed by the different workstreams Project Managers who will report to the candidate.Definition and follow-up of Scope, Deliverables, Risks, Resources and Budget for his programs and its projects, following the Company IT strategy and needs.Become part of the BTO team enforcing the project management methodology and project culture inside the organization. Drive the execution of transformation projects and programs, on a strong international basis.Work closely and effectively with Core Business, support and IT departments and staff, processes-team, business stakeholders and 3rd parties.Additional supervision, support and coaching of customer employees on best practices of Project Management and integration.Key skills and experienceSpanish nationality or EU passport is required,Total Fluency in Spanish (native) and English is mandatory. Interview will be done partially in English and Spanish. C1 level or higher is mandatory,BS/BA Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications is mandatory,More than 10 years leading international 6-24 months projects, with hands on experience. More than 15 years working on these types of projects,PMP (PMI), PRINCE2, and/or PM2 certifications are mandatory,ACP or scrum master certifications are highly valuable,Master degree in Business Administration and Project Management is preferred.Previous experience in projects in the industrial sector will be valued.Strong Communication, presentation and leadership skills, experience in relationship with C-level management.Result and people oriented, good at time management, stress resilient.Change adapted mindset, able to organize work with focus on results in a fast-pacing change environment.Creates positive impact, can influence using effective relationship skills and foster team collaboration.Experience working in intercultural teams (Europe mainly) and ability to empathize with both management and Users.Requires extensive knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Project, and Gmail.Immediate incorporation is required.Office located in Barcelona area (Spain), with frequent travels through Europe. Hybrid work partially in the Barcelona area office and partially remote (3 and 2 days respectively).
