Product Owner Key responsibilities The Product Owner in a global and agile environment is responsible for maximizing the customer value of the product resulting from the team's work.
He/she is solely responsible for the creation and prioritizing the Product Backlog.
As a Product Owner, you are in charge of the following.
• Define the vision of the product in close collaboration with the different stakeholders across multiple hierarchical levels.
• Understand the customers, the market, the competition and must be able to identify trends, balancing opportunities compared to others.
• Provide regular information about the current work status as well as transparency towards the client on future work steps of the Scrum team.
• Ensure delivery of high quality product increments and integrate iteratively feedback from customers and stakeholders to ensure continuous product improvement • Contribute to the implementation of global platforms and specific solutions required on the scope allocated to you.
• Contribute to team organization, structure and strategy.
• Transparent identification and provision of solutions in case of product barrier.
What you bring • 5 years of experience as Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Experience in business needs and information system management.
• Experience with Data Science, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a strong plus.
• High level expression of solutions orientation and high degree of abstraction for problem cases.
Solid analytical abilities.
• Insurance knowledge "as a plus" • High flexibility and teamwork skills in an international and intercultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions.
• Highly motivated, dynamic and self-steering.
• Degree in business management or IT.
• Fluent in English.
