We offer an exciting role for a passionate and experienced product owner like you. You will work within the subdivision Investment Content Production Distribution as part of Digital Business Transformation within COO. Your focus will be to increase the reach and impact of Digital Investment Campaigns with an operationally efficient and timely distribution to clients enabled along our digital investment content production value chain. YOUR CHALLENGE- As the Product Owner of the Campaign Manager you understand, specify, deliver and operate the distribution of investment content such as Investment Views, Research and after sales Updates.
- You will team up with our journey lead, product manager, internal IT team, external vendors and strongly collaborate with business stakeholders .
- You will maximize business value by assessing and following priorities both for an efficient reliable campaign framework and with a client centric focus on customer experience.
- You will continuously optimize of service levels and assure maintenance costs are managed and availability of the systems are assured .
- You will collaborate with your product owner team and work towards a joined product roadmap and target architecture.
- You will actively contribute to retain the strong team spirit and collaborative work environment, where an open feedback culture is the fuel for continuous improvement of the overall performance.
- Quality assurance is an important attribute within your working style and the definition, as well as the utility of tools and methods to support test processes characterize your working style.
- You will be responsible for resource and capacity planning of the agile team and assure a predictable, accurate budget forecast management.

YOUR PROFILE- University degree or equivalent in science, business informatics, banking or finance.
- Expert knowledge and practical experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent agile methodologies preferably as Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Knowledge of Campaign Platforms such as BSI Solutions, Salesforce or similar will be preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in either digital marketing platform delivery preferably within the financial industry.
- Highly self-motivated, self-organized, team-oriented, purpose driven, hands-on personality with a distinctive can-do attitude, comfortable in driving and managing change, actively engaging in constructive discussions, and ensuring alignment with fellow stakeholders while putting value for our clients as priority.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must requirement, German is beneficial.
