What you’ll do You will be the key role within Agile development teams, as part of an agile team, your mission is to define and deliver all necessary strategic technological enablers based on native cloud and Open Digital Architecture.
Responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of product development which are aligned with Vodafone Group, Commercial and Engineering Tribes.
Act as the voice of the customer you will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams and other relevant parties to prioritize features, define requirements and ensure the delivery of successful product.
More specifically you will.
•    Define and communicate the product vision ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs •    Prioritize value for Digital Engineering team and create product backlog increments (Themes, Epics, user stories).
Deliver E2E Critical enablers for other squads (e.
.
New Digital Architecture, New CMS, New eCommerce Platform etc.)  •    Coordinate with Tribe Leads and Product Owners in our ecosystem for engineering strategy, roadmap and development alignment based on market needs, competition and group directions.
Act as the primary liaison between development team and stakeholders.
•    Manage roadmap and understand digital strategy, presenting channel’s/platform’s direction and features to relevant teams and stakeholders.
Communicate product updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders regularly.
•    Work closely with Stakeholders, Solution Architect and Development Team to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment conductive to Agile practises  •    Make data driven decisions for backlog prioritization, Able to write highly effective user stories that are actionable by development teams.
•    Approve the final release plan and accepts all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
Monitor digital KPIs and prioritizes enablers that will ensure speed and availability thresholds are achieved.
Define and tracks Objective Key Results (OKRs) and KPIs as part of the quarterly business reviews (QBR) process   Who you are •    Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field  •    Experience working with agile methodologies (e.

Kanban, Lean, Scrum, Design Thinking), principles and practices •    Strong understanding in relevant technologies, frameworks related to team’s scope with Ability to analyse complex problems and devise effective solutions under deadlines •    Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency in planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks as well as tracing progress and managing resources effectively to meet project deadlines •    Capability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures aligned with roadmap •    Ability to Lead and mentor teams providing guidance to foster growth and productivity •    Solid experience in defining and eliciting User/Customer needs and translating them in solution design, aligned to business strategic objectives and constraints.
•    Prior experience of a systematic process of understanding requirements, working with stakeholders and applying engineering and testing concepts to ensure stable digital solutions, incorporating agile/DevOps ways of working    Not a perfect fit?
