Product Manager - Quality Assurance and Security Tooling About the Job As the Department Lead for Quality Assurance and Security Tooling, you will oversee the development and implementation of harmonized agile test automation tools, software code quality tools, and security solutions, including Threat modelling, SAST (Static Application Security Testing) integration and governance and Antimalware solutions.
You will be responsible for forming and leading an efficient team based on nearshore and offshore locations, ensuring seamless integration of quality assurance and security practices across our global IT development teams.
Additionally, you will be responsible for further enhancing and enforcing our R2D (Requirements to Deployment) development process evolvement, driving the department's strategic vision and aligning tooling strategies with business objectives.

What you do • Lead the department in providing state-of-the-art quality assurance and security tooling solutions to support agile software development.
• Develop and implement a harmonized suite of agile test automation tools tailored to the needs of the organization and oversee the integration and optimization of software code quality tools to enhance development practices.
• Implement and manage security tools such as Threat modeling, SAST and antimalware solutions, ensuring robust protection against vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tooling strategies with business objectives and agile methodologies.
• Form and manage an efficient team based on nearshore and offshore locations to maximize resource utilization and operational effectiveness.
• Enhance and enforce the R2D development process evolvement to streamline software development and deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of quality assurance and security processes.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence What you bring • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven senior experience in leading quality assurance and security tooling departments, preferably within an agile IT environment.
• Strong expertise in agile test automation tools, software code quality tools, and security solutions such as threat modelling, SAST, and antimalware.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving successful projects and initiatives.
• Experience in managing teams across nearshore and offshore locations with exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions as well as stakeholder management and communication skills (including fluency in English) • Experience in insurance sector is a plus • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
