We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What are we looking for?We are looking for a Product Manager, you will contribute to shaping and executing our digital product roadmap, identifying consumer needs, and collaborating closely with our engineers, designers, and broader business to introduce new products and enhance existing features. Our Product Managers are instrumental in driving value, promoting collaboration, and assuming responsibility for our investment strategiesResponsibilitiesSpearhead the discovery, definition, and delivery of novel digital products and features that align with our key business outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams to blend design, business, and technology expertise.Collaborate closely with engineering teams, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver products and features that enhance the experiences of credit card consumers.Gain insights into consumer credit mechanisms to aid in disrupting the industry from within.Lead initiatives for cloud migration and supervise their implementation.Utilize technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that yield both immediate and long-term value.Infuse business analytics and operational excellence into every phase of product design and development, establishing metrics to gauge product success.Define and explore the product roadmap for the relevant business outcomes, prioritizing features and tasks based on business and customer impact.Maintain a strong human-centered approach, prioritizing understanding of internal and external customer needs to reimagine customer interactions.What UST expects from you?Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.Possess 5+ years of experience in product management within a tech or fintech company, startup, or neo-bank.Demonstrated track record of overseeing complex products or platform capabilities.Experience with product platform management and cloud migration initiatives.Led one or multiple product engineering teams in delivering new products or features to the market.Able to delve into details, make informed decisions, and drive product engineering efforts.Proven ability to utilize data and insights to shape product strategy and enhance customer experiences.Nice to have:Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire.Deep understanding of levers for product growth.Proficient in credit risk management.Enjoy collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive solutions/products.Possess excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Enjoy exploring ambitious ideas and assessing their feasibility.Experience or keen interest in financial services and consumer credit.Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).What can we offer?23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!Numerous benefits (Heath Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances).`Retribución Flexible´ Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Heath Care Plan…)Free access to several training platformsProfessional stability and career plansUST also, compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals.The option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year.Real Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime…)UST Club Platform discounts and gym Access discountsWork from homeIf you would like to know more, do not hesitate to apply and we’ll get in touch to fill you in details.
